Ingredients

  • Pork and beef mince500 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Parsley20 g
  • Cinnamon0.5 tsp
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Lemon1 pcs

Instructions

Finely chop the onion and parsley.

Mix the mince with onion, parsley, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.

Knead well and shape small sausages or patties.

Brush them with olive oil.
