- Boiled potatoes800 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Bacon120 g
- Eggs4 pcs
- Butter40 g
- Parsley15 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices or even cubes.

Heat oil in a wide pan and fry the potatoes until browned, turning occasionally.

Add sliced onion and cook for another 4-5 minutes until soft.

Season with salt and pepper and make small wells in the potatoes.

Crack the eggs on top, cover, and cook until the yolks are done to your liking.

Serve hot, sprinkled with herbs.
