  • Hard cheese500 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Flour80 g
  • Breadcrumbs150 g
  • Oil250 ml
  • Tartar sauce120 g

Instructions

Cut the cheese into thick slices or sticks and chill it well.

Prepare three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.

Coat the cheese in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs; repeat egg and breadcrumbs for a stronger crust.

Heat oil in a pan or deep fryer.

Fry quickly for 1-2 minutes per side until golden, before the cheese leaks out.
