- Beef800 g
- Dark ale400 ml
- Onions2 pcs
- Carrots2 pcs
- Beef broth300 ml
- Flour2 tbsp
- Puff pastry400 g
- Salt1 tsp
Instructions

Dice beef, coat with flour, and brown.

Add onion and carrot and cook for 5 minutes.

Pour in ale and broth, then simmer for 1.5–2 hours.

Cool the filling to room temperature.
