  • Potatoes900 g
  • Cream250 ml
  • Milk150 ml
  • Hard cheese180 g
  • Garlic1 cloves
  • Butter20 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Nutmeg0.25 tsp

Instructions

Slice potatoes thinly.

Rub the baking dish with garlic and grease with butter.
