  • Green beans400 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Trim the green beans and boil them in salted water for 5-7 minutes until tender.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.

Add the drained beans and warm for 2-3 minutes.
