Instructions

Prepare Баклажан, Помідори, Перець солодкий, Баранячий фарш: cut the main ingredients, and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat oil in a heavy pot; cook the onion until soft, then add garlic and the spices listed in the recipe.
