  • greek yogurt300 g
  • garlic3 cloves

  • lemon1 pcs
  • parsley20 g
  • salt1 to taste
  • fresh mint10 g

Instructions

Roast or fry the eggplants until soft.

Cool, peel, and finely chop the flesh.

Mix yogurt with garlic, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil.
