- phyllo dough300 g
- beef mince500 g
- onion1 pcs
- egg2 pcs
- plain yogurt250 g
- oil2 tbsp
- paprika2 tsp
- salt1 to taste
- black pepper1 to taste
- ground cumin1 tsp
- butter30 g
Instructions

Cook the mince with onion until done.

Add salt, pepper, paprika or cumin and cool the filling.

Brush yufka or phyllo sheets with oil, butter, or yogurt mixture.
