  • lamb500 g
  • tomato300 g
  • garlic3 cloves

Instructions

Prepare Бамія, Баранина, Помідори, Коріандр мелений: cut the main ingredients, and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat oil in a heavy pot; cook the onion until soft, then add garlic and the spices listed in the recipe.

Add Бамія, Баранина, Помідори, Коріандр мелений and cook for a few minutes so the ingredients absorb the aromatic base.

Pour in the liquid or tomato base if included, season with salt, and stir well.
