  • egg2 pcs
  • wheat flour250 g
  • garlic2 cloves
  • marjoram1 tsp
  • oil2 tbsp
  • salt1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Grate the potatoes finely and gently squeeze out excess liquid.

Add egg, flour, minced garlic, marjoram, salt, and pepper.
