- green lentils300 g
- onion1 pcs
- egg2 pcs
- vinegar1 tbsp
- wheat flour250 g
- oil2 tbsp
- salt1 to taste
- black pepper1 to taste
- sugar1 tsp
- pickled cucumbers40 g
Instructions

Rinse the lentils and cook until tender but not mushy.

Fry the onion until golden.

Add a little flour and stir to make a light roux.

Mix the roux into the lentils, then add vinegar, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
