Ingredients

  • white beans300 g
  • smoked meat300 g
  • onion1 pcs
  • carrot1 pcs
  • celery2 stalks
  • canned tomatoes400 g
  • broth or water800 ml
  • parsley20 g
  • salt1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Soak the white beans overnight and cook until almost tender.

Cut the smoked meat into pieces and dice the vegetables.

Saute the onion, carrot, and celery in a pot for 5 minutes.

Add the smoked meat, tomatoes, beans, and broth or water.

Simmer for 30-40 minutes until the beans are completely tender.

Season with salt and pepper and serve with parsley.
