Ingredients
- wheat flour300 g
- minced lamb350 g
- onion1 pcs
- meat broth1200 ml
- dried mint1 tsp
- wine vinegar2 tbsp
Instructions
Make a firm dough from flour, water, and salt, then let it rest.
Prepare the filling from Wheat flour, Minced lamb, spices, and salt without making it too wet.
Roll the dough thinly and cut it into rounds or sheets of the required shape.
Add the filling and seal the edges tightly so the juices stay inside.
Boil, steam, or bake according to the traditional method for the dish.
Serve Dushbara hot with sauce, broth, or herbs.
