Tzatziki
A cool yogurt dip with cucumber, garlic, and herbs.
Ingredients
- Greek yogurt400 g
- Cucumber1 pcs
- Garlic2 cloves
- Dill Fresh15 g
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Lemon0.5 pcs
Instructions
Grate the cucumber, salt it lightly, and squeeze out the excess liquid.
Mince or press the garlic.
Mix the Greek yogurt with the cucumber and garlic.
Add chopped dill, mint, and olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper, then mix thoroughly.
Chill for 30 minutes and serve as a sauce or dip with lavash.
