Ingredients

  • green peas600 g
  • milk300 ml
  • sour cream100 g
  • wheat flour250 g
  • parsley20 g
  • salt1 to taste
  • sugar1 tsp
  • egg1 pcs

Instructions

Put green peas in a pot with a little water or milk.

Add salt and sugar if desired and cook until tender.

Separately mix sour cream or milk with flour until smooth.
