
Guacamole with Garlic
A classic Mexican dip made with ripe avocado, fresh lime, cilantro and hot chili pepper — creamy, flavorful and ready in just a few minutes.
Ingredients
- avocado2 pcs
- red onion0.5 pcs
- chili pepper0.5 pcs
- lime1 pcs
- cilantro10 g
- garlic1 cloves
- salt1 to taste
Instructions
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a bowl with a spoon.
Mash the flesh with a fork to the desired consistency, leaving small chunks for texture.
Finely chop the red onion and chili pepper and add them to the avocado.
Squeeze in the lime juice, add finely chopped cilantro, minced garlic and salt to taste.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with a fork.
Serve the guacamole right away with nachos or corn tortillas, before it browns.
