Ingredients

  • Yogurt600 g
  • Chickpea flour180 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Turmeric1 tsp
  • Cumin1 tsp
  • Oil for frying500 ml

Instructions

Cut the main ingredients into pieces and prepare the spices and aromatics in advance.

Heat oil or ghee in a pot and sauté onion, garlic, ginger, and spices until fragrant.

Add the main protein or vegetables and cook for a few minutes so they are coated in the spices.

Pour in tomatoes, coconut milk, yogurt, broth, or another sauce base.

Simmer gently until cooked through and thickened, stirring occasionally.
