Ingredients

  • Small potatoes700 g
  • Soy sauce4 tbsp
  • Honey or sugar2 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves3 cloves
  • Sesame oil1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds1 tbsp

Instructions

Peel or scrub the potatoes and cut them into evenly sized pieces.

If needed, parboil them or rinse away excess starch.
