Ingredients

  • potato900 g
  • tuna or chicken300 g
  • avocado1 pcs
  • lime2 pcs
  • mayonnaise100 g
  • ají pepper1 tbsp
  • salt1 to taste
  • oil2 tbsp
  • egg1 pcs

Instructions

Boil the potatoes, peel them, and mash until smooth.

Add lime juice, aji amarillo paste or mild chili, oil, and salt, and mix into a flexible dough-like mash.
