- Starch40 g
- Egg1 pcs
- Spring onion40 g
- Oil4 tbsp
Instructions
Pat the main ingredients dry, cut them into portions, and season with salt and spices.

Heat the oil in a skillet or fryer until the temperature is steady.
Fry in batches without crowding the pan until golden on all sides.
