- wheat flour350 g
- water190 ml
- spinach150 g
- green onion50 g
- cilantro40 g
- parsley40 g
- dill30 g
- butter40 g
- salt1 tsp

Make an elastic unleavened dough from flour, water, and salt; rest for 20 minutes.

Finely chop the herbs, salt lightly, and mix.

Divide the dough into balls and roll into thin rounds.

Place herbs on one half, fold over, and seal the edges.

Cook qutab in a dry pan for about 2 minutes per side.

Brush the hot qutab with butter and serve with yogurt.
