Ingredients

  • wheat flour250 g
  • dry yeast7 g
  • sour cream150 g
  • hard cheese150 g
  • garlic2 cloves
  • frying oil700 ml
  • salt1 to taste
  • sugar1 tsp
  • milk200 ml
  • water500 ml

Instructions

Make a soft dough from flour, yeast, warm water or milk, salt, and a little sugar.

Cover and let the dough rise for 45-60 minutes.

Divide the dough into portions and stretch each one into a flat round.

Fry langos in hot oil on both sides until golden.

Crush garlic with salt and a little water or oil.

Brush hot langos with garlic and top with sour cream and grated cheese.
