- white beans300 g
- pickled cucumbers3 pcs

- vinegar2 tbsp
- salt1 to taste
- black pepper1 to taste

- sour cream100 g
Instructions

Boil or roast the beets until tender, then cool and peel.

Grate the beets or cut them into small cubes.
