Ingredients

  • chicken thigh700 g
  • basmati rice350 g
  • eggplants2 pcs
  • potato3 pcs
  • cauliflower300 g
  • turmeric1 tsp

Instructions

Rinse the rice or grain if used, and prepare the Chicken thigh, Basmati rice, and vegetables.

In a kazan or wide pot, fry the onion, meat, or vegetable base until aromatic.

Add the spices and Eggplant, then spread the rice or grain in an even layer.
