Ingredients

  • Eggs4 pcs
  • Tomatoes3 pcs
  • Green peppers2 pcs
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Paprika0.5 tsp
  • Parsley10 g

Instructions

Finely chop the onion and peppers; grate or dice the tomatoes.

Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the onion and peppers for 5 minutes until soft.

Add the tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper; simmer for 6–8 minutes until thickened.

Lightly beat the eggs with a fork and pour them into the tomato base.

Cook over low heat, stirring gently, until the eggs are set but still soft.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately with bread.
