Prepare Молохія листя, Курка, Коріандр мелений: cut the main ingredients, and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat oil in a heavy pot; cook the onion until soft, then add garlic and the spices listed in the recipe.

Add Молохія листя, Курка, Коріандр мелений and cook for a few minutes so the ingredients absorb the aromatic base.
