Instructions

Cut Beef or goat trotters, Fresh ginger, Paya masala; separately prepare the aromatic base with spices, garlic, or ginger.

In a pot, cook the base in oil or fat if that fits the recipe.

Add the main ingredients and cover with water, broth, or the coconut base from the recipe.
