Palak Paneer

Indian curry with spinach and paneer in a smooth spiced sauce.

Ingredients

  • Spinach500 g
  • Paneer250 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Ginger Grated1 tsp
  • Heavy cream80 ml
  • Garam masala1 tsp
  • Turmeric0.5 tsp
  • Oil or ghee2 tbsp

Instructions

Blanch the spinach for 1 minute, cool it in ice water, then blend it into a puree.

Saute the onion, garlic, and ginger with garam masala.

Add the spinach puree and cook for 5 minutes.

Pour in the cream and season with salt.

Cut the paneer into cubes and fry lightly until golden.

Add the paneer to the sauce and heat for 2 minutes. Serve with naan or rice.
