Instructions

Mix eggs, milk, flour, a pinch of salt, and a little sugar into a thin pancake batter.

Rest the batter for 15 minutes, then fry thin pancakes.

Mix farmer's cheese with sugar, vanilla, raisins, or zest if desired.
