  • potato700 g
  • cream200 ml
  • butter40 g
  • sausages250 g
  • mustard1 tbsp
  • salt1 to taste
  • milk200 ml
  • broth500 ml
  • water500 ml

Instructions

Slice potatoes and leeks and place them in a pot.

Add water or broth, salt, and a little butter.

Simmer until the potatoes and leeks are tender.

Mash some potatoes to thicken the dish.
