Pasta with Pumpkin and Sage
Autumn pasta with pumpkin sauce, butter, and sage
Ingredients
- Pasta300 g
- Pumpkin500 g
- Butter40 g
- Sage leaves8 листків
- Parmesan80 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Salt1 to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water until done, reserving a little cooking water.
Prepare the sauce: chop onion and warm in a pan.
Add onion and cook to the right tenderness.
Stir in butter, pumpkin, sage leaves and parmesan and heat into a smooth sauce.
Combine the pasta or noodles with the sauce, adding a little cooking water for a creamy texture.
Serve immediately while hot.
