  • Wheat flour250 g
  • Warm water130 ml
  • Ham150 g
  • Hard cheese150 g
  • Arugula50 g
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

For Piadina with Cheese and Ham, cut ham and wheat flour into serving pieces.

Brown ham lightly.

Add aromatics and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in warm water and olive oil and add hard cheese and arugula.
