Tuna Poke

Ingredients
- tuna500 g
- soy sauce2 tbsp
- sesame oil1 tsp
- sesame seeds1 tbsp
- green onion30 g
- rice300 g
- salt1 tsp
- black pepper0.5 tsp
Instructions
Prepare Tuna, Soy sauce, Sesame oil, Sesame seeds: rinse, dry, and cut into small pieces.
Mix the dressing separately from the acid, oil, spices, or sauce included in the recipe.
Combine the main ingredients in a large bowl.
Add the dressing gradually, tossing so the dish does not become watery.
Taste and adjust salt, acidity, and heat.
Serve Tuna Poke immediately or chill briefly if traditional for the dish.
