- venison500 g
- lingonberry jam100 g

- black pepper1 to taste
- broth500 ml
- water500 ml
- pickled cucumbers40 g

Slice reindeer or beef very thinly; it is easier when the meat is slightly frozen.

Heat butter or fat in a pan and quickly brown the meat in batches.

Return all meat to the pan, add a little water or broth, salt, and pepper.
