Ingredients

  • potato700 g
  • leek2 pcs
  • cream200 ml
  • butter40 g
  • broth or water800 ml
  • parsley20 g
  • salt1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Wash and slice the leek and dice the potatoes.

Melt butter in a pot and cook the leek for 5 minutes.

Add the potatoes and broth or water.

Cook for 20 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
