Tacos al Pastor
Mexican tacos filled with marinated pork, onion, and pineapple.
Ingredients
- Pork neck500 g
- Corn tortillas6 pcs
- Pineapple150 g
- White onion1 pcs
- Cilantro (coriander leaves)20 g
- Salsa verde80 ml
- Lime1 pcs
- Chili powder1 tbsp
Instructions
Slice the pork thinly and marinate it in chili, orange juice, vinegar, achiote, and spices for at least 2 hours.
Cook the meat in a grill pan or wok over high heat for 3-4 minutes until caramelized.
Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry pan.
Dice the pineapple and fry it until caramelized.
Assemble the tacos with tortilla, meat, pineapple, onion, cilantro, and salsa verde.
Serve with lime and hot sauce.
