Ingredients

  • boiled rice400 g
  • boiled beans400 g
  • onion1 pcs
  • garlic2 cloves
  • ají pepper1 tbsp
  • egg4 pcs
  • salt1 to taste
  • paprika1 tsp
  • ground cumin1 tsp

Instructions

Mix cooked rice with cooked beans, mashing some beans to bind the mixture.

Fry onion and garlic with cumin, paprika, or aji paste until fragrant.

Add the rice and beans, season with salt, and mix well.

Shape the mixture into a thick oval patty in the pan.

Fry on both sides until crisp and golden.
