Tiramisu
A layered Italian dessert with coffee-soaked biscuits and mascarpone cream.
Ingredients
- Ladyfingers300 g
- Mascarpone500 g
- Egg4 pcs
- Powdered sugar80 g
- Espresso200 ml
- Cocoa powder20 g
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until pale and fluffy. Brew strong espresso and let it cool.
Add the mascarpone to the yolks and mix gently.
Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and fold them into the cream with a spatula.
Dip the ladyfingers in espresso for 2-3 seconds and arrange them in a layer in a dish.
Spread a layer of cream on top, then repeat the layers twice.
Chill for at least 4 hours and dust with cocoa before serving.
