  • minced pork and beef500 g
  • onion1 pcs
  • sour cream150 g
  • bacon200 g
  • salt1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste
  • cornstarch1 tsp

Instructions

Grate raw potatoes and squeeze them, saving the starch from the liquid.

Mash boiled potatoes and mix with raw potatoes and starch.
