  • spaghetti400 g
  • spinach200 g
  • basil50 g
  • queso fresco or feta150 g
  • milk150 ml
  • nuts40 g
  • salt1 to taste

Instructions

Cook spaghetti in salted water until done, reserving a little cooking water.

Prepare the sauce: chop spinach and warm in a pan.

Add spinach and cook to the right tenderness.
