Ingredients

  • Cod600 g
  • Potatoes600 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Black olives80 g
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Parsley15 g

Instructions

Boil soaked cod, cool it, and flake it into large pieces.

Boil potatoes in their skins, peel, and slice.

Slowly cook onion in olive oil until soft.

Layer potatoes, cod, and onion in a baking dish.

Add olives and bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.

Serve with boiled eggs, parsley, and olive oil.
