- Shrimp300 g
- Mussels300 g
- Squid200 g
- Canned tomatoes400 g
- Fish broth900 ml
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Parsley15 g
- Cilantro15 g
- Garlic2 cloves
- Tomato paste2 tbsp
Instructions

Saute onion, garlic, and pepper in olive oil until soft.

Add tomatoes or tomato paste and cook for a few minutes.

Add the rice and stir so it absorbs the base.

Pour in hot fish broth; the dish should stay wetter than paella.

Add mussels, shrimp, and squid near the end of cooking.

When the rice is done, sprinkle with cilantro or parsley and serve immediately.
