Ingredients
- Beef800 g
- Onions3 pcs
- Paprika2 tbsp
- Tomato paste1 tbsp
- Beer or broth400 ml
- Caraway seeds1 tsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions

For Czech Goulash, cut onions, beef and tomato paste into serving pieces.

Brown beef lightly.

Add onions and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in beer or broth and add paprika and caraway seeds.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.
