- Beef800 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Dark beer300 ml
- Paprika1.5 tbsp
- Tomato paste2 tbsp
- Wheat flour250 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste

For Czech Beer Goulash, cut onion, beef, tomato paste and wheat flour into serving pieces.

Brown beef lightly.

Add onion and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in water and add dark beer and paprika.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.
