Ingredients

  • Beef800 g
  • Bay leaves4 pcs
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Wine vinegar2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Dry wine150 ml

Instructions

Cut the beef into large cubes.

Mix olive oil, wine vinegar, minced garlic, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.

Marinate the meat for 30-60 minutes.

Thread the beef cubes onto skewers.
