Ingredients

  • Buckwheat groats250 g
  • Minced turkey500 g
  • Egg1 pcs
  • Onion2 pcs
  • Carrot1 pcs
  • Breadcrumbs50 g
  • Tomato paste1 tbsp
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Water500 ml

Instructions

Rinse the buckwheat and cook in salted water until fluffy.

Mix minced turkey with egg, onion, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.

Shape cutlets and fry or bake until cooked through.

For the gravy, saute carrot and onion, then add a little tomato paste and water.
