- Minced turkey500 g
- Egg1 pcs
- Onion2 pcs
- Carrot1 pcs
- Breadcrumbs50 g
- Tomato paste1 tbsp

- Black pepper1 to taste
- Water500 ml
Instructions

Rinse the buckwheat and cook in salted water until fluffy.

Mix minced turkey with egg, onion, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
