Quinoa with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

  • Quinoa180 g
  • Water360 ml
  • Button mushrooms250 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Cream 15%150 ml
  • Olive oil1.5 tbsp
  • Fresh herbs10 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Rinse the quinoa well, combine with water in a 1:2 ratio, and cook for 15 minutes.

Slice the mushrooms and chop the onion.

Fry the onion until soft, then add mushrooms.

Cook for 7 minutes, then pour in the cream.

Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
