- Onions800 g
- Sweet paprika2 tbsp
- Tomato paste2 tbsp
- Caraway1 tsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste

For Viennese Goulash, cut onions, beef and tomato paste into serving pieces.

Brown beef lightly.

Add onions and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in water and add sweet paprika and caraway.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
