- Pork500 g
- Breadcrumbs70 g
- Eggs2 pcs
- Lemon1 pcs
- Oil2 tbsp
- Kajmak or cream cheese150 g
- Flour2 tbsp

Cut the pork into thin pieces and pound well.

Place kajmak or cream cheese at one edge of each piece.

Roll the meat up tightly, tucking in the sides.

Coat the roll in flour if available, then in beaten egg and breadcrumbs.

Fry in oil over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning, until golden and cooked through.

Serve with lemon and a potato side dish.
